339 pass August 2023 Psychologists Licensure Exam

ABOUT 339 out of 468 examinees who took the Psychologists Licensure Examination in August this year have passed the test, said the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, August 9, 2023.

Of the examinees who passed the exam, Jessicca Mae Ong Dee of Ateneo de Manila University-Quezon City got the highest place with 86.10 percent rating.

Tricia Denise Clarito Zafra of University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman placed second with a rating of 86.05 percent. She was followed by Earl Francis Infante Mallari of University of Santo Tomas who got 86.00 percent.

Also in the top 10 are: Joy Ann Ngan Malapit of UP Diliman (4th place, 85.30 percent); Alyssa Patricia Dela Rosa Cleto of De La Salle University-Manila (5th, 85.25 percent); Erica Kimberly Ranola King of Ateneo de Manila University-Quezon City (6th, 85.10 percent); Maricris Payagen Lad-ey-neyney of University of the Cordilleras and Jasmine Delenela Reyes of Foreign University (7th, 85.05 percent); Renz Louis Trinidad Montano of De La Salle University-Manila (8th, 85.00 percent); Faye Biliran Zipagan of Ateneo de Manila University-Quezon City (9th, 84.95 percent); and Mark Lawrence Quiambao Gale of De La Salle University-Manila (10th, 84.75 percent).

Ateneo de Manila University-Quezon City ranked first in the list of top performing schools, as all of its 32 examines passed the exam, followed by University of Santo Tomas, which has 29 passers out of 31 examinees.

The PRC said that registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done online on September 4-8, September 11-15 and September 18-22.

"Please go to www.prc.gov.ph and follow instructions for initial registration," it said.

Those who will register are required to bring the following: downloaded duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, notice of admission (for identification only), two pieces passport sized pictures (colored with white background and complete name tag), two sets of documentary stamps and 1 piece short brown envelope.

Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals, the PRC added.

The commission has yet to announce the date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the new successful examinees. (LMY)
