SEVEN people were wounded when an improvised explosive device went-off in General Santos City on Sunday, September 16.
Eastern Mindanao Command Public Information Officer Major Ezra Balagtey said the explosion happened around 11:55 a.m. in front of a drug store in Barangay Apopong, General Santos City.
Those wounded were identified as Marlon Orabia,30; Jerry Guyos,19; Filipa Regidor, 64; Lally Jean Alipio, 34; John Lennon Calang,22; Claire Uozola,23 and a three year old girl.
Balagtey said fortunately, none of the victims have sustained serious injuries.
He said authorities are now conducting assessment in the area to identify the suspects and their motive.
