A TAGUIG cop was dead after he was shot by his fellow policeman on Monday morning, August 7, 2023.
In a report, Taguig City Police Office chief Colonel Robert Baesa said the incident happened within the office of their Community Affairs Section, where Police Chief Master Sergeant Alraquib Aguel engaged in a discussion with Police Executive Master Sergeant Heriberto Saguiped, leading to a heated argument.
Aguel later shot Saguiped, which resulted in his death.
Corporal Alison Sindac, who tried to pacify the situation, was also critically injured due to the incident.
Aguel was also hurt.
They were rushed to the Taguig Medical Center for treatment. (SunStar Philippines)
