PRESIDENT Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has nominated Ma. Antonia “Toni” Yulo-Loyzaga as secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Press Secretary Trixie Cruz-Angeles said on Tuesday, July 12, 2022.
Angeles said Loyzaga’s nomination is subject to the “fulfillment of required documents.”
Loyzaga was the chairperson of the International Advisory Board of the Manila observatory and an executive director and technical adviser of the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation.
She is also on the senior advisory board of the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ command and general staff college. (SunStar Philippines)
