FPRRD is currently detained at the International Criminal Court (ICC) custodial facility at The Hague, Netherlands amid the ongoing investigation over the alleged crime against humanity in the country during the implementation of his drug war from 2011 to 2019 where over 6,000 alleged drug personalities were killed.
He was arrested on March 11 upon his arrival from Hong Kong and was immediately transported to The Hague via a chartered flight at the expense of the Philippine government. (TPM/SunStar Philippines)
