Kris Aquino's new show airs March 26

MARK your calendars.

Queen of All Media Kris Aquino's television comeback is set on Sunday, March 26.

This was revealed by the host herself in several updates on her social media accounts.

Aquino also seems to be doing a travelogue as she visited the province of Nueva Ecija during her first taping week, which kicked off last Friday.

She also used the hashtag "TripNiKris" which could very well be the title of her upcoming program.

"Super sarap ng feeling that you missed me and happy kayo to see me again," wrote Aquino in one photo were she was flocked by locals.

The television host also said that she missed working and meeting new people.

She added that her year-long absence in television humbled her and taught her to be thankful for all the blessings and opportunities that landed her way.

"I missed the smiles that greeted me every time I was taping on location. My months away from TV work taught me to truly be grateful for today and thank God and thank all of you for the blessing of living & loving my life."

Aquino added that her weekend proved to be an "adventurous, enlightening, heartwarming and exhausting" one as she finally preps for her return on the TV.

"Nakalimutan ko na that taping is really draining, especially the road travel and all the walking and interacting -- BUT thank God visually inspiring."

Even though Aquino was very vocal on her television comeback, the TV host still failed to confirm on which television network her new show will air.

Aquino left ABS-CBN last year but still doesn't have a contract with GMA-7. However, she has a verbal agreement with APT Entertainment and TAPE, the makers of "Eat Bulaga".

Entertainment columnist Noel Ferrer wrote in Abante Tonite that Aquino's new show, which falls on a Sunday, will be a blocktimer in the Kapuso channel and will occupy the timeslot of Sunday Box Office.

If this happens, Aquino will go head-to-head with best friend, comedian Vice Ganda and his show "Gandang Gabi Vice" on ABS-CBN. (SunStar Philippines)
