THIRTEEN Cebu graduates topped the August 2017 Physical and Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Tuesday, August 8.
For the Physical Therapist exams, Bret Tipay Pelesco of Velez College got the highest score with 86.45 percent, while Daniel Dominick Go Te of Cebu Doctors' University (CDU) and Mitchel Vincent Abella Antigua of Velez College got the third and fifth place, respectively.
Te got 86.00 percent, while Antigua with 85.55 percent.
For the Occupational Therapist exams, Gennelyn Lagulay Ariosa of Velez College landed in third place with a score of 81.40 percent.
Chelsea Sevilla Calano and Regine Mariz Montero of CDU both got into the fourth spot with 81.20 percent, Christine Marie Fabroa Monterroyo of CDU and Halima Handang Sibog got into the sixth spot with 80.60 percent, Darryl Byron Codeniera Famador of Velez College and Iris Elline Mecado Querubin of CDU is in the sevent rank with a score of 80.40 percent, While, Frances Manigos Cuyos of Velez College and Armani Lo Pontino of CDU both landed in the eigth spot with a score of 80.20 percent.
PRC announced that only 802 out of 1,277 passed the Physical Therapist Licensure Examination and 215 out of 295 passed the Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination given by the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, and Cebu this August 2017.
