TWO medical school graduates in Cebu City topped the March 2018 Physician Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday evening, March 15.
Jay Ruyeras Orehuela of Southwestern University Matias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine placed second with an average of 88 percent and Ommar Tampus Pacalundo of Cebu Doctors' University College of Medicine ranked eighth got an average of 85.58 percent.
