TWO teenagers, including a minor, fired several bullets against a man allegedly to exact revenge, on Sunday afternoon, December 3, in Sitio Buwangan Daan, Barangay Poblacion 1, Carcar City.
The suspects were identified as John Villaver, 19, and Mark Louie Pantorilla, 16.
The victim, Sherwin Terogo, 37, suffered a gunshot wound in the right leg, Police Officer 2 Joe Marie Villar said.
Villar said investigation showed that Pantorilla was mad at the victim who allegedly mauled him in the past.
Upon seeing Terogo in Buwangan Daan, Pantorilla sought the help of Villaver. They went back and Villaver shot Terogo several times.
The victim was attacked while he was walking home with his wife.
An unlicensed .45 pistol was recovered from Villaver, who surrendered to the police.
Pantorilla was caught in Barangay Liburon, Carcar City on Monday morning, December 4. Suspects will be charged with frustrated murder before the city prosecutor's office. (KAL/SunStar Cebu)
