2 unidentified bodies found in San Simon town

SAN SIMON -- Two unidentified male bodies were found in the middle of a rice field in the boundary of San Simon town and Bulacan province recently.

San Simon police head Chief Inspector German Pascua II said the dead male bodies were found by residents Tuesday morning, October 3, in Barangay San Miguel.

Pascua said the hands of the lifeless bodies were tied with barbwire while their faces were covered with masking tape when found in the rice field.

He described the first victim as five feet and two to four inches in height, with medium body built and has tattoos on both arms and a "Junnel" and a superman logo on his body while the second victim has light body built, fair complexion, black hair and is approximately five feet and five inches in height.

Pascua believed the bodies were not killed but were just dumped in the area since no empty shells or bullets were found in the area.

Asked if they are looking into the victims’ possible involvement in illegal drugs, Pascua said they are not dismissing that angle.

He also called on anybody that can identify the victims and help resolve the case since the bodies remain unidentified three days after they were found.
