THE Bacolod City Council approved a resolution Wednesday recommending three respected members of the community as members of the People’s Law Enforcement Board (Pleb) of Bacolod City.
The City Peace and Order Council (CPOC) had recommended former councilor Celia Flor of Dawn Foundation; Antonio Te, a private citizen; and Jovim Entila, a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, to be members of Pleb.
CPOC passed Resolution No. 2, recommending three respected members of the community as members of Pleb in Bacolod City on November 21. It was endorsed by CPOC Secretariat, Department of the Interior and Local Government-Bacolod acting director Carmelo Orbista, to Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran last week.
