THOUSANDS of student-athletes, teachers, coaches and school heads gathered at the STI West Negros University gym in Bacolod City as the 36th Season of the Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports, Cultural and Educational Association (Nopsscea) opened yesterday.
The activity started at 1 p.m. with a motorcade from the New Government Center passing through Burgos Street going to the STI WNU campus.
Palarong Pambansa volleyball campaigner and TV host Carmela Arcolas-Gamboa was the guest speaker.
