SOME 400 participants are joining the Pinnacle Hotel and Suites' 2017 Fun Run dubbed as "7th Anniversary: We Run to the Top" that will kick off on Sunday at 4:30 a.m. at the Pinnacle Hotel and Suites, Davao City.
This year's edition will benefit the National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP) and other organizations helping cancer patients and people with mental disabilities.
The event features the 3K (kilometer), 5K and 10K categories.
Registration fees are P350 (3K), P400 (5K) and P450 (10K) inclusive of a singlet, free snacks and raffle coupons. Exciting prizes await the 10K champion including P5,000 cash and free room accommodation while the runner-up will pocket P3,000 and a P500 gift certificate. The third placer will take home P2,000.
The 5K champion will pocket P3,000 and a room accommodation while the second placer will have P2,000 and P500 gift certificate. The third placer will receive P1,000.
The top 3K finishers will claim P1,500, P1,000 and P750. The champion will also claim a free room accommodation while the runner-up will receive P500 gift certificate. Consolation prizes will be awarded to the next six finishers.
