Since 2004, it has always been a passion of Gateway Motors Group to provide customers with utmost satisfaction through its products and services.

This translates as well to the people that Gateway carefully pick to lead every dealership. Behind the wheel of its newest showroom, Nissan Cebu South, is general sales manager Brian Remonde.

Having been in sales for 14 years, nine of which he has spent with Gateway Group, Brian is no stranger to the ins and outs of the industry. But as the road can have its share of twists and turns, Brian knows the only way to keep up is to never stop learning. For this particular showroom, the aim is to be the top of mind choice when it comes to Nissan vehicles.

“Here, we have an aggressive team with the same drive and passion as our bosses. We focus on customer satisfaction and make sure that each client gets serviced within 30 minutes,” Brian says.

Working with a team of 20, Brian tells us it’s important for him to not have just one management style. “I evaluate each individual and adjust my approach accordingly,” he adds.

When Brian talks about his life at work, he does it with so much conviction. The Hotel and Restaurant Management graduate clearly has found his niche. “It’s very fulfilling to be in sales. And we don’t do the same thing every day so it’s never boring.” On his days off, he spends quality time with family.

With the likes of Brian on Gateway Motors’ team, it is fast becoming one of the largest and fastest growing multi-brand automotive companies in the country.(Cassandra C.Poculan)
