AUTOPSY report on the victims Kevin Fleischauer, 58 and Filipino wife Lolly, 55, showed that their deaths were caused by asphyxia secondary to drowning and cerebral hemorrhage secondary to blunt force.
It showed that the couple was hit hard on their heads before they were dumped into the well, the police said.
Robbery with homicide charges against four farm workers - Randy Nuñez, 25, Ralph Medel, 18, his minor brother and Randy Perez, 19, of Sagay City - were already filed Tuesday immediately after their arrest.
Senior Inspector Lawrence Gerald Bathan, chief of Murcia Municipal Police Station, said they already turned over the minor-suspect to the custody of the Municipal Social Welfare Office.
Family members of the victims, on the other hand, are now attending to their burial, Bathan added.
Meanwhile, the Sagay City Police Station denied the allegation that they maltreated the suspects. The suspects were even subjected to physical examination after the filing of the case, a statement from the police station said.
Senior Superintendent Samuel Nacion, acting director of the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office, said they are open and ready to answer any allegations against the police.
