SINGAPORE -- Premium-grade green office development ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower earns another recognition in the recently concluded South East Asia Property Awards 2016 held in the Lion City.

The top-end office project was conferred the Best Office Architectural Design (Philippines), Best Green Development (Philippines) and Special Recognition in Sustainable Design (South East Asia).

ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower is rising on a prime location in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) at the corners of 5th Avenue, 30th Street, and 4th Avenue just across Shangri-la at the Fort.

The South East Asia Property Awards (SEAPA) is part of the Asia Property Awards, the region’s biggest and most respected real estate awards program. Launched in 2005 in Thailand, the body covers eight countries rewarding the best developers and developments in the domestic and regional levels.

Best of the best entries for SEAPA included developers and developments from different countries around the region including Myanmar, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and Cambodia.

All entries were rigorously and fairly judged by an independent panel of industry experts and supervised by BDO (Binder, Dijker, and Otte), the world’s fifth largest network of accounting, tax, and advisory firms.

Best in Philippines

Earlier this year the ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower was conferred the Best Green Development and Highly Commended in the Best Office Architectural Design categories of the Philippines Property Awards.

The triple-A grade building is designed by SOM New York, the same group that penned the One World -Trade Center and BurjKhalifa in Dubai. ArthaLand Century Pacific Building’s architectural design is inspired by the precious stone, jade.

It is designed to accommodate headquarters of multinational companies in the financial, FMCG, pharmaceutical, and technology sectors.

Certified green

ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower is on target to achieve dual green building certification from both the United States Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) and the Philippine Green Building Council’s Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE) programs. In fact, it already is pre-certified in Gold category of the USGBC LEED program.

One of the factors that is considered in green building practices is the intelligent choice of the project’s location, and this is a major advantage for ArthaLand Century Pacific Tower, being in a prime location in Bonifacio Global City.
