BACOLOD City Mayor Evelio Leonardia, who is on official travel, has designated City Legal Officer Joselito Bayatan as officer-in-charge (OIC) of Office of the City Mayor from November 17 until his return to office.
Leonardia’s directive is stated in Memorandum Order No. 195 dated November 16 released Thursday.
The mayor is in Tagum City, Davao del Norte attending the League of Cities of the Philippines-National Executive Board Strategic Planning and 64th General Assembly from November 17 to 19. (MAP)
