THREE persons perished after their boat capsized in Laguna Bay in Taguig City on Monday, January 8, the Southern Police District said.
The victims were identified as Evangeline Garcia, 40; Jose Rudy Posadas, 55; and Arnold Garcesa, all residents of Taguig City.
The police said the bodies of the victims were found around 12:40 a.m. in Laguna Bay in Purok 3, Barangay New Lower Bicutan, Taguig City.
Two others, Romel Villar and Willy John Guanzon, survived the incident.
Villar admitted that they had a drinking spree before boarding the wooden motor boat on their way to Laguna.
