IT'S going to be a full Indian funfair at Azure Beach Club as it showcases a night of India’s finest food fare, entertainment and traditions. On Friday, June 17, join the colorful and vibrant affair at Crimson Resort and Spa as Azure’s Indian Chef Arvind Singh prepares some of his country’s flavorful dishes and adds a twist to some for a modern take, true to the beach club’s signature cuisine.
Some of the most delectable items to look forward to are compressed watermelon and king prawn curry with mustard and coconut, rosemary chicken tikka, herb-crusted Alaska salmon tandoori, Galouti kebab and achari paneer tikka, which is a home-made cottage cheese mixed with pickles.
Be prepared to be filled not just with food and flavors but with sights and sounds as well. Colorful tents hold shisha for those who would want nothing but have a good time as they listen to great music spun by DJs who will be bringing their own version of Indian fun.
