CAMP OLIVAS -- A 16-year-old boy was arrested by operatives of City Public Safety Company (CPSC) in Barangay Lourdes, Angeles City, over the weekend.
Senior Superintendent Eden Ugale, Angeles City police director, said that elements of the CPSC were conducting a patrol when they spotted the boy acting suspiciously.
When accosted, the boy yielded a bladed weapon and an improvised gun loaded with one .22 bullet.
The boy, a resident of Barangay Salapungan, was taken to the police station for investigation.
