NAILA nga Philippine Public Safety College – Regional Training School 7 (PPSC-RTS 7) sa lungsod sa Consolacion tawgon na unyang nga Camp Jessie M. Robredo human giaprobahan ang balaudnon nga giduso ni Kongresista Gabriel Luis R. Quisumbing sa Kongreso.
Ang maong balaudnon nga aprobado na sa House Committee on Higher and Technical Education sa Kongreso kagahapon.
Tuyo sa House Bill no.5661 nga gipangamahanan ni Quisumbing nga mahinumdoman ug mailhan ang pagkamaayo ni kanhi Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Sec. Jesse M. Robredo isip epektibong kawani sa gobiyerno.
Si Robredo maoy nangulo sa groundbreaking ceremony sa PPSC niadtong Agusto 8, 2012.

Ang PPSC sa Consolacion nagtanyag og mga pagbansay sa mga kawani sa Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), ug Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) nga anaa sa rehiyon.
Gawas niini, aduna usab kini kurso sa mga bag-ong recruits ug mga non-commissioned officers sama sa Public Safety Basic Recruit Course (PSBRC), Public Safety Junior Leadership Course (PSJLC), and Public Safety Senior Leadership Course (PSSLC).
