A MAN believed to be in his 40s allegedly caused heavy traffic in downtown Cebu City for attempting to jump from a billboard on Borromeo St., Cebu City past 7 a.m. today.
It took policemen and firefighters almost two hours before the man went down safely.
Chief Insp. Lomente of the Carbon Police Station said the man, who remains unidentified, may face complaints for public scandal after his medical examination at the Cebu City Medical Center.
Before the man went down, some firefighters bought a box of fried chicken with rice from a nearby fast food chain. The man went down minutes after the food was placed on the roof of the building below the billboard.
Police said they will interrogate the man.
