City of San Fernando to use P2.4-M PCF for day care center

CITY of San Fernando Mayor Edwin Santiago said Wednesday, January 24, that the City Government will use the P2.4-million Performance Challenge Fund (PCF) it received from the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) for the construction of a much needed day care center in Barangay Del Pilar.
