Clubhouse of Seawind Out of the ordinary

SEAWIND, the maiden condominium project of Damosa Land Inc. (DLI), the real estate and property development arm of homegrown conglomerate Anflocor Group of Companies, inaugurated its clubhouse last Friday, October 28 in Sasa, Davao City.

DLI vice president Ricardo Floirendo Lagdameo led the inauguration and blessing of the condominium’s clubhouse.

Boasting its “progressive” architectural design, the clubhouse will fulfill Seawind’s residents’ dream of owning an “escape” paradise from the hustle and bustle of the city.

“If you look at the clubhouse, it’s totally different from the others, it has a progressive and young vibe that is perfect for our diverse market which is dominated by the young professionals. It is out of the ordinary,” Lagdameo said in an interview with Reporters Friday at the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony.

The clubhouse is designed by Manila-based Architect Job Bernardo of the Artist Space.

“Basically this is the structure that we intricately planned. It only took us maybe about three months of completing the construction,” he added.

Seawind also boasts of their other living amenities including a generous allocation for gardens, parks, multi-purpose basketball court, commercial strip with terminal and other recreational spaces.

Damosa Land's first condominium project costing over a P1 billion investment is performing good in sales, Lagdameo said.

Last Friday, the real-estate developer also launched its sixth and last tower.

The project is standing in a 2.7-hectare property on Km. 11 in Sasa where the six-tower mixed-use development project is set to rise and be completed by 2019.
