A POLICE officer was injured after he fell from his motorcycle while chasing three male teenagers at Phase 5, Charito Heights Subdivision in Barangay Granada, Bacolod City Saturday.
Senior Police Officer 3 Adan Labrador sustained minor injuries.
Chief Inspector Sherlock Gabana, head of Police Station 5, said police caught Franco Patarata, 18; Dave Pabilona, 18; and Arvin Cañete, 18 throwing empty bottles and hollow blocks in the said area around 12:30 p.m.
Upon sighting the presence of policemen, the three suspects attempted to escape which prompted Labrador to chase them.
However, they were still cornered by policemen.
They were detained at the station for the filing of alarm and scandal and resisting arrest charges.
