SEVEN Cordillerans are competing in the 2015 Mr. Olympia Amateur in Hong Kong on November 25.
Led by two-time Shawn Rhoden Classic-Philippines overall champion Reynold Domalsin, the Baguio-based bodybuilders earned a ticket to the Hong Kong event by taking the top spots in the 2015 SCR-Philippines last month.
Joining Domalsin are Julius Atam, Orlando Smith Jr., Rafael Quilan, Jaharo Talsan, Mike Velasco, and Mr. Baguio 2015 Edwardo Balabag.
The Mr. Olympia Amateur is a qualifying competition for the Arnold Amateur International Championships in March.
The Mr. Olympia also offers the Cordilleran bets a chance to earn a professional license from the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB).
“I hope we get a good showing, along with our fellow bodybuilders from Baguio may we land among the top competitors in our respective weight divisions,” Domalsin said.
