IT WAS a night of joy and excellence as homegrown real estate firm, Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) held its annual Excellence Awards Night 2017 last October 27 at the Seda Hotel.
Through this event, DLI, Anflocor's real estate arm, recognizes the top sales performers and exemplary employees of 2016 as well as support group employees who exhibited their excellence and dedication towards work.
“We can’t forget the efforts that have been made across different business lines that we have as Damosa Land has really grown by leaps and bounds over the years,” said Ricardo Lagdameo, DLI vice president.
He added that the awards night is done to celebrate the milestones as much as the company celebrates its sales achievements over the years.
“I think we really achieved more milestones this year versus last year and the numbers will show it, the growth of the company will show it, the increase and number of employees will show it and I think that is something that all of us should be proud of,” Lagdameo said.
Excitement and joy filled the air as DLI recognizes one by one the top performers and its employees who showed excellence in their work.
Nine property specialists were recognized for hitting their targets for 2016. Each of them received cash incentive plus an all-expense paid trip abroad.
Damosa Land also recognized its employees from the support group who showed sincere dedication, high performance and gave the extra mile to contribute to the achievements of the company. Seven employees received plaques of recognition and gift cash plus all-expense paid trip abroad. Lagdameo was generous in expressing his gratitude to each of the awardees.
Words of encouragement were also heard as co-workers congratulated one another.
Employees were treated to a delicious dinner by Seda Hotel and were entertained by the hidden talents of their co-workers.
The Excellence Awards Night ended with a bang as the employees partied the night away. Damosa Land etched another year of milestones and success for its excellent and vibrant employees, keeping the company up beat in achieving greater heights every year. (With PR)
