Damosa Land’s Seawind project on track

HOMEGROWN Damosa Land Incorporated (DLI), the real estate and property development arm of Anflocor Group of Companies, has completed the construction of Seawind Residence’s first tower as the company conducted its topping off ceremony Wednesday, February 8, at Kilometer 11, Sasa, Davao City.

DLI vice president Ricardo “Cary” Floirendo-Lagdameo told reporters at the sidelines of the event that the completion signifies a major milestone of the company’s first condominium project.

“We have towers one and two coming up now, the third tower will commence its construction on March 2017 and the fourth towards the end of the year,” he said.

Lagdameo added that the development of its high-rise project is on track and is moving forward in terms of construction and sales.

Units of the first tower will be turned over to its buyers sometime in May this year as finishing touches will still be applied.

The condominium project is located at a 2.7-hectare property over-looking the Davao Gulf and Samal Island. The entire mixed-used development will be composed of six towers set to be completed first quarter of 2019.

Lagdameo bared that buildings one to five were already sold out while the sixth tower is expected to be fully sold June 2017, a welcome development for the company.

“Most of our buyers are young professionals, some are business owners earning up to P50,000 to 100,000 a month,” he said.

He added that of the total land area, only 30 percent will be allocated to the buildings. The rest will house other facilities including the green spaces.

DLI has poured over P1 billion in investments for Seawind.

The project has three available types of unit, a two-bedroom unit with 37 square meters, a three-bedroom unit at 72 square meters, and a bi-level condo unit at 67 to 68 square meters.
