A SUSPECTED street-level drug pusher with links to an inmate in the Cebu City Jail was caught during an anti-illegal drugs operation on Tuesday evening, October 10.
Operatives from the City Intelligence Branch and City Drug Enforcement Unit of the Cebu City Police Office arrested Annalie "Palang" Barillano, 37.
Barillano yielded P94,400 worth of illegal drugs in the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) value during an operation in Mahayahay 1, Barangay Calamba.
She was reportedly a pusher and courier of a certain Kadafi, who is detained at the Cebu City Jail for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (JOB/SunStar Cebu)
