A DUMP truck driver was shot dead by a motorcycle driver in Seventh Heaven, Barangay Don Juan Climaco Sr., Toledo, Cebu at 12:15 a.m. Saturday, July 1.
Police identified the victim as Dindo Alindao Labitad, who succumbed to gunshot wounds in the jaw, neck, and left shoulder. His assistant Jenethon Kirk Labitad witnessed the crime.
Investigation showed Labitad had a spat with the culprit before the shooting happened.
Labitad was rushed to Toledo City District Hospital but he was declared dead on arrival.
Two empty shells were found inside the dump truck. (SunStar Cebu)
