HOMEGROWN real-estate developer Escandor Development Corp. (Esdevco) announced last Friday, October 14 that the fourth building of Enclaves Residences of the Matina Enclaves, the maiden mixed-use property development project of the company, is already sold out.

The 4th building was sold out just some five months after it was launched on May 15.

“We had once again held a very successful Open House for the Matina Enclaves last October 14 wherein, Building 4/D was sold-out,” Matina Enclaves project director Gerald Kent Garces said in a press statement.

Garces said with the 100 percent sold out status of the fourth building, only the fifth building has units still available, although these are very already.

The Open house was held at Unit 11, Genesis 88 Arcade, Ecowest Drive, Ecoland, Davao City.

“We would like to congratulate all the sellers for a job well done,” he said.

The top 10 sellers of the company were Rebecca de Leon, Reynold Barber, Flora Mae Magallon of Leuterio Realty, Solomon Banez, Charity Furog, Joice Reyes, Jocelyn Bernal of Davao Dragon Realty, Febry Rose Peralta of Mega Pacific, Nestor Granado and Ruby Lopez of Lapidez Realty.

Last August, the sales agents, managers, brokers, and all the teams of Matina Enclaves breached their P1 billion target for the year within the first six months.

Garces said since the year is passing very briskly, they are also planning for expansion and in fact, they had just recently purchased a property that will help them generate additional inventory for the coming years.

Project updates

Construction of the first building of Enclaves Residences is still on track and set to be completed by year-end.

Garces said units for the first building are set for turnover to owners by December.

Matina Enclaves is a 5.3-hectare development situated along Quimpo Boulevard in Matina just across Matina Golf Club; a residential community offering a sanctuary from the metro’s hustle and bustle.

It offers three residential areas, an open lot development through its pocket development called “The Plains,” single-detached houses in “The Courtyard” and a condominium living concept through its Medium-Rise Condominium Project, called “The Enclaves Residences.”

Piling was completed and structural activity already started for building 2. He added that Building 3 piling is set to commence by the fourth quarter of this year. Meanwhile, the Arcadia Sports Complex, Garces said, excavation and structural preparation are on-going.
