SAINT John's Institute (SJI) aspirants made short work of Trinity Christian School, 61-39 on Saturday and tamed West Negros University, 81-67 the next day to lead the BCAN-organized Condura Cup with a 3-0 record.
Not to be outdone, SJI Blue trampled SJI White, 75-18 for a 2-0 slate in the 10-Under division.
St. Benilde School-A, likewise, stayed close to opening day tormentor Blue Falcons with back to back wins, 65-18 over HOMI Warriors and 81-13 against its brothers, SBS-B for a 2-1 card.
SBS Aspirants were not as lucky however, as West Negros University did a 73-57 demolition job and University of St. La Salle White gave them a stinging 88-65 loss for a 0-3 card.
USLS-Green returned with vengeance and stung Trinity Christian School, 70-43 erasing the stigma of that opening day loss to SJI Falcons, 78-86 and an even 1-1 slate.
Games for 10U on Saturday pit BCCN and SJI White at 7:00 a.m. to be followed by HOMI Warriors and SBS-B Team at 9:00 a.m.
Aspirants will start at 10:30 with University of Negros Occidental Recoletos facing SBS; USLS Green versus LLZ Warriors at 12:00 noon. USLS White and Black teams collide at 1:30 with the Black Stingers aiming for win number 2.
