THE best-of-seven Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Philippine Cup finals series between Barangay Ginebra and San Miguel Beermen will start on Friday at 7 p.m. at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Ginebra won the last ticket to the final after beating Star Hotshots, 89-76, in a do-or die match of their best-of-seven semifinals series at the Mall of Asia Arena Tuesday evening.

PBA yesterday released the schedule of the championship series with Game 2 set at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday in Lucena City.
Smart Araneta Coliseum will then host Game 3 at 7 p.m. on March 1, Game 4 at 7 p.m. on March 3 and Game 5 at 6:30 p.m. on March 5.
Games 6 and 7, if necessary, will be held at the Mall of Asia Arena and Smart Araneta Coliseum, respectively.
