Hawaiian-inspired hangout

A UNIQUE Hawaiian-designed eatery, Shaka Hawaiian Restaurant, is placed exactly under a tree where customers would definitely feel a bustling city jungle life, while enjoying delectably gratifying dishes.

The restaurant brings a gastronomic adventure treating its guests with palatable cuisine with its many items to choose from. There’s the Huli-Huli chicken quarter, Asparagus Bacon, Shakadaghan fried chicken and the rice and chicken servings. Beers are also available, a good complement for fried chicken.

The ambiance at Shaka looks more like that of an island in the tropics. There are three areas of seating to choose from. There is an outdoor seating area where all the tables and chairs are shadowed under colorful umbrellas creating a pleasing vibe and mood for the scene; there’s the first floor sheltered zone where live music can be clearly appreciated; a good place for eating and drinking; and an open area on the second floor, where the tree’s leaves serve as a shelter for the diners, providing a cool and refreshing al fresco dining experience.

Shaka has that atmosphere that is wonderful, discreet and relaxing that one shouldn’t miss. A perfect place for a night out, where a good chit chat can be done with friends, Shaka Hawaiian Restaurant is located at the Garden Bloc, Cebu IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City. Its operating hours are 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily. Charyl Abarico
