THOUSANDS of devotees of the Black Nazarene converge at the Quiapo Church in Manila four days before the Traslacion ng Nazareno.
The Traslacion, an annual procession that attracts millions of devotees, is held every January 9 to transfer the image of the Black Nazarene - a life-sized image of a dark-skinned, kneeling Jesus Christ - from its original shrine in Intramuros to Quiapo Church.
