JCI Culiat holds 1st Taste Festival

ANGELES CITY -- Food enthusiasts gathered over the weekend to dine and experience the assorted succulent flavors of Kapampangan cuisine with the tang of modernity at the first ever Taste Festival, which was organized by JCI Culiat, who collaborated with 24 various appetizing food businesses that can be found in Pampanga at Marquee Mall Park, Angeles City.

JCI Culiat aims to help the businesses, which participated in the event to promote their enjoyable food.

Each business displayed two of their best dishes before the diners get to judge and evaluate the taste of the food they’ve exhibited.

JCI Culiat thanked its Taste Festival partners, including #Prodigy, which is a digital marketing firm in Angeles City, the Department of Tourism, Marquee Mall, Muceno, V Creatives, and House of Chops.

The visitors who went to the event stated they loved the food which were served them. They added that even though the event started at a slow pace, their impressions were already big.

“We will do this annually,” said Gabriel De Luna, project chairman.

“We would like to thank everyone who supported and participated the event, everyone who believed in us, everyone who shared, commented, liked and followed our page and posts. We would also like to thank the committee. Without them, this wouldn’t be possible,” he added. (Nicole Reneé David/HAU Intern)
