IT was a night to loosen up and celebrate for all the employees of Damosa Land, Inc., a leading homegrown property developer, as the company pays a tribute to recognize the efforts and commitment of its employees by throwing a party and an Excellence Awards Night last August 26 at Seda Abreeza Hotel, Davao City.
“This is just a night [where] we just wanna get loose a bit. We’ve been working so hard [and had been] busy with [so] many projects in line. With all the hard work, everybody in the organization looks forward to this night,” Damosa Land vice president Ricardo Floirendo Lagdameo said in cheer.
He shared that it is a night in a year where people are equal and where there is no hierarchy being observed but only a big happy family, adding that every member has truly contributed to the success of the company.
“We don’t just acknowledge them verbally, there are monetary awards, [and] people are given trips. It is not just the sales people that [are given the credits but also all those who are part of the organization],” he said.
“We need to recognize all [and] not just the sales people because one cannot work well without the other departments [such as the admin, accounting, etc.),” Lagdameo added.
