LOOK: Banned items at Coldplay concert

WEAPONS, professional recording equipment, flashlights, banners and big bags are prohibited during Coldplay's much-anticipated concert at the Mall of Asia Arena on Tuesday, April 4.

Organizers of the event released a detailed list of banned items at the concert venue to ensure the safety and security of the public.

Aside from the items mentioned above, alcoholic drinks, prescription drugs and wired head phones and hard drives are also not allowed.

Tuesday's Coldplay concert will be the British rock group's first visit in Manila.

Lead vocalist Chris Martin and the rest of the band arrived in the capital on Sunday as part of their "A Head Full of Dreams" concert tour.

The group came from a successful two-night show in Singapore and will perform in Bangkok, Taipei, Seoul and Tokyo next.

"Coldplay" is behind hit songs "The Scientist," "A Sky Full of Stars," "Yellow," and "Fix You," among others. (SunStar Philippines)
