A FISHERMAN was hacked by his younger brother at Sitio Panablawan, Barangay Salag, Siaton, Negros Oriental, last April 24.
Police identified the victim as Ritchie Caburog, 30.
Investigation showed that Caburog and his younger brother Ruben were under the influence of intoxicating liquor when they arrived home around 8 p.m.
A heated argument ensued when the elder Caburog provoked his younger brother to fight with him.
The younger Caburog refused, but the latter continued to provoke him, prompting the suspect to attack his brother.
The elder Caburog sustained hack wounds on his head and was brought to a hospital. (GYM)
