PERSONNEL of the Cebu Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRMMO) apprehended a man who tried to steal a drum full of diesel oil inside the Cebu Capitol Compound, Cebu City, on Wednesday evening, August 30.
The suspect was identified as Erwin Chua.
Rhaffy Luche, division head of the emergency response, caught Chua through their closed-circuit television camera.
As 11:41 p.m., Chua is detained at the Fuente Police Station. (JKV/SunStar Cebu)
