A MAN was charged before the Davao City Prosecutor’s Office (CPO) Tuesday after he was caught in the act of exploding firecrackers last December 31, 2016.
Albert Alpis, 41, married, and a resident of #22 Guerrero St., Davao City, was charged for violating Davao City Ordinance No. 060-02 or the Firecracker Ban. He was arrested at around 11:05 p.m. on the same day at Fatima Corner Guerrero St. Davao City.
Police officials also confiscated from him one box of Corsair, containing nine pieces of piccolo.
The case is now being resolved by Prosecutor Rizalyn Y. Gonzales. (KVC)
