SETTING a target for a year and hitting it in only a matter of six months is surely more than what one could hope for.
There are certainly more reasons to rejoice for the sales agents, managers, brokers, and all the teams of Matina Enclaves as they break their P1 billion target for the year in just within six months.
During their third semi-annual awards at the Royal Mandaya Hotel last Saturday night, not a single member was missed out as the company took pride of the success by thanking and recognizing all those who have been part of the milestone.
Top performing sales agents, sales managers, and brokers were awarded during the event where they were able to receive thousands of cash and other items for their remarkable performance.
Matina Enclaves Project Director Gerald Garces said in an interview that he had noticed that a lot of people have been participating and qualifying for the top 10 producers.
“For this year, we have hit the P1 billion target for the first half of the year which was supposed to be the target for the whole year,” Garces said.
The awards night, according to Garces, “is the only motivating factor [for the teams to perform well] that’s why we are here.”
“Without these people, ang success ng project is not possible,” Garces added.
Garces said that since the year is passing very briskly, they are also planning for expansion and in fact, they had just recently purchased a property that will help them generate additional inventory for the coming years.
Matina Enclaves President Glen Escandor graced the event and never let the moment passed without meeting the topnotch agents of the company.
With good food, music, and lively performances, all those who attended the event were flashing their wide smiles as they mingled with each other and received the tokens and awards they were entitled to have.
