A HABAL-HABAL (motorcycle-for-hire) driver was shot dead in broad daylight in Nivel Hills, Barangay Apas, Cebu City, Tuesday, January 3.
Police identified the victim as Edwardo General, who hails from Barangay Sudlon 2.
The Homicide Section of the Cebu City Police Office received the alarm at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday.
General was believed to have been plying his route when he was shot by an unidentified gunman who was also riding a motorcycle. (JOB/SunStar Cebu)
