NMRAA junior cagers give coach some headache

COACH Carlomagno Dagalea on Tuesday, April 18, had a rough night how to uplift high expectations over his NMRAA secondary boys basketball team.

Dagalea felt disappointed how his boys run over practices and preparations for the fast approaching Palarong Pambansa on April 23 to 30 in Antique.

This paper saw Dagalea’s rants on his Facebook post, expressing his dismay after the team’s practice.

But, he is still hoping that his boys will give their 100 percent in the remaining practices they have.

SunStar Cagayan de Oro tried to reach Dagalea through call and text but to no avail.

“Coach cannot reply as of the meantime because he is still figuring out some instructions to them,” said Dagalea’s assistant coach Jonas Mulawan.

Mulawan, however, did not detail the team’s problems but remain positive with Dagalea’s method.

The team is composed of Ian Rafael Aguado, Luc Ashton Artazo, Bon Karlo Babia, Rey Joey Barcuma, Jomarie dela Piedra and Rey Moises Galua.

The team also has Rolando Rafael Beltran, Jovanne Carlo Jacutin, Lorenzo Medina, Max Anton Mutia, Chris Emmanuel Ocangas and Justin Carlo Ycaro.
