CEBU City Police Office Director Joel Doria said they have identified a person who may have an involvement in the attempted murder of Tuburan Councilor Reynante de la Cerna in Barangay Talamban on Wednesday night, September 13.
Doria said the investigators still have to determine the extent of participation of the "person of interest."
A witness saw the license plate of the motorcycle that the culprits rode. Investigators still have to check the records at the Land Transportation Office-Central Visayas.
Police will also look into the closed circuit television cameras from establishments near the crime scene.
Doria said they have yet to decide if they will form a task group. (KAL/SunStar Cebu)
