Petron, NOHS split ways

PETRON Talisay and Negros Occidental High School (NOHS) part ways at 8 p.m. tonight when Drugmen of Negros basketball tournament resumes at JGC Gym at Goldenfields Commercial Complex.

The Blazers will try to avenge its 42-47 loss to league leading B2K while NOHS will bounce back from its 52-62 defeat from DON in their opening games.

The Drugmen is favored to prevail over winless Copylandia at 9 p.m. on Tuesday after the 8 p.m. match between United Laboratories and B2K with the Labmen hoping to snap B2K's winning streak.

Tournament format is single round robin elimination with the top four advancing in the crossover semifinal on March 31. No. 1 goes up against No. 4 at 8 p.m. and No. 2 and No. 3 square off at 9p.m.
