PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation (PHINMA Properties), the leading company and one of the pioneering real estate developers in the country feted their top sales performer through a glamorous night during the Semiannual Awarding for the year 2017.
Last October 5, Phinma Properties gathered the top sellers, managers and sellers whom they consider as the driving forces of the company at Grand Men Seng Hotel. They were clad in elegant and sophisticated white outfits complementing the classy design of the venue.
They were appreciated for their valuable contribution in marketing and promoting its properties that resulted to the fast selling of their units and for putting the company in the map of top real estate players in industry.
Phinma Properties' Vice President for Urban Housing Division, Raphael Felix extended his gratitude to the sellers for their hard work, passion, expertise and commitment that helps improve the sales as he also acknowledged their importance in the thriving and sustained growth of the business.
“It’s a way to recognize their efforts. The sellers are the lifeline of our company without sellers, there’s no business, without buyers, there’s no business,” he said.
Meanwhile, for the outstanding sellers, Marco Tabin emerged as the Top 1 seller while Janro Penion was announced second and Rita Maribeth S. Nervida third.
Other sellers who were also recognized are Darwin Anillo of Ablas Realty, Ofelia Caba of Cortes Realty, Mitchelle Ranara of Bagares Realty, Joycelyn Sedayao of Ablas Realty, Adrian Benz Naig of Allea Realty. From Seal Team are Jovy Vallejo, Maritess Pardo of Seal Team, Jessica Mantalaba, Karen De Guzman, Ruvilyn Codilla and Aljona Daculan.
The top area managers/ division a manager is Angelica Tabin, Edelaiza Mahinay of Seal and Herdale Anthony Develos all from Seal Team. Mary Anillo of Ablas Realty was also recognized.
Also, Harry James Alegado top the list from Seal Team, followed by Letecia Ablas of Ablas Realthy and Donato Esparrago III of Dakbayan Realty.
While the others brokers are Jetro Carlo Pinili of Capili Realty, Reginald Cua of RC Realty & Brokerage, Lea Walker of Allea Realty, Gertrudes Diza of Diza Realty, Luzvisminda Bagares of Bagares Realty and Shella Cortes of Cortes Realty.
The company has also prepared exciting prices and games with raffles given to all the sales team and everyone have enjoyed. They were treated to a party with hyped music and food to devour. The night capped off with a groupies wherein all have showed their smiles.
