SIX persons were arrested and more than P10,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized in separate operations in the towns of Consolacion, San Remigio and Oslob in the past two days.

Police arrested five persons in Barangays Nangka and Pulpogan in Consolacion last Tuesday.

At 1 a.m., suspected drug pusher Albert Mindajao Sasing, 21, was caught in a buy-bust conducted in Nangka by the team of Consolacion Police Chief Wilson Abot.

The suspects are Edward Manatad, 23; Roel Alfornon Buanghog, 36; and Jaime Estrera Marababol, 36.

Three sachets of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia were confiscated from the alleged drug users.

A resident informed Abot and his personnel of the Municipal Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group about three persons having a pot session.

The team went to the area and caught the suspects in the act of sniffing shabu.
