Primewater now ISO certified

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Upon completion of an extensive Quality Management System audit last October 18, 2017, the PrimeWater City of San Fernando (PrimeWater CSF) is proud to announce that it is now ISO 9001:2015 certified.

The pursuit of an ISO certification is the next fundamental step made by the dedicated partnership of PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp. (PrimeWater) and the City of San Fernando Water District (CSFWD) towards their mission of continuous improvements and commitment in providing quality service to its concessionaires.

It is also a testament to their unwavering dedication to meet and later on surpass their customers’ expectations through excellent services that are compliant with internationally acceptable standards.

Since its inception, the devoted partnership had done laborious work that manifests its commitment to providing quality service aimed towards meeting customer satisfaction through the supply of safe and reliable water to the City of San Fernando community.

They develop a competent workforce that aspires for continual growth and development, as well as adhere to ISO 9001: 2015 standard and statutory and regulatory requirements, all forming part of its quality policy.

PrimeWater CSF received their ISO 9001:2015 certification from TUV Nord Philippines, an independent, internationally accredited certification company.

Formal awarding of the ISO certification is scheduled in January 2018. (PR)
