IT'S been a while since I’ve done a quick hit post. So here we go.
Just in case you don’t know, a global ransomware spread like wildfire recently. It’s called “WannaCry.” Named like so because, probably, it should make you want to cry when your computer and your data is held captive and you’ll need to pay a ransom to get it back. Hence, it being called a ransomware. Fortunately, it was stopped “by accident” by a security researcher. Read more about that “stop” in this article by The Verge.
Apple fans, this is for you. Leaks on how the coming iPhone 8 will probably look like. How this will compare against the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Huawei P10 and the rumored Google Pixel remains to be seen. But, hey, you probably still want one. Check out the leak here.
Speaking of smartphones, I’d say they’re the newest breed of cameras that anybody can have. It’s small size and ubiquitousness, plus the image quality that’s only getting better, only makes it more compelling for people not to buy cameras anymore. Huawei with its Mate 9 is one of those phones that’s leading the charge. Here’s a quick review by DPReview that I recommend you check.
